Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days. Express Delivery: 3–4 business days (select pin codes). Bulk Orders: 7–10 business days depending on quantity and location.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. Standard charges apply below ₹10,000 based on weight and location. Charges are calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Timeline
Dispatch within 2–7 working days after order confirmation. Risk transfers once goods are handed to transporter. Tracking details sent via email and SMS.
Serviceable Areas
Pan-India delivery available through trusted courier partners. Check pin code serviceability at checkout. Remote areas may experience extended delivery times.
Packaging Standards
Products are carefully packaged with bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and protective materials. Bulk orders receive additional reinforcement to prevent transit damage.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, incorrect addresses, or courier issues beyond our control. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
Failed Delivery
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. Orders returned after failed attempts may incur re-delivery charges. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Inspection & Claims
Report damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved. Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
Address Changes
Address modifications are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery address cannot be changed. Contact us immediately for urgent address corrections.

Customer Responsibilities
